FinCEN: Andorra bankers took bribes to launder money for China, Russia, Venezuela criminals

FinCEN advisory defines ‘culture of compliance’

The Egmont Group is important to FCPA enforcement. So what is it?

The feds describe Egmont as part of the international infrastructure by which enforcement agencies share information and help each other develop evidence to prosecute financial crimes, such as money laundering, tax evasion, and graft.
