Word today from our friend Mike Koehler, who writes the FCPA Professor.

'After three years teaching law in the College of Business at Butler University,' he said, 'I am pleased to share that I am joining the faculty of Southern Illinois University School of Law.'

Prof Koehler, above, also said his website has been enhanced, with new links to resources, among others, and he has created a Youtube channel featuring video content about the FCPA.

On top of that, the published version of his recent article "Revisiting a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Compliance Defense" in the Wisconsin Law Review is now available on SSRN here.
